Service & Repair

Alien E-bikes & Scooters specializes in the service of E-bikes & Scooters, however we service almost all brands of bikes, e-bikes, scooters & mobility scooters, and have a fully stocked, on-site service department at our Port Kells (North Surrey) location. Available services include E-bike & scooter tire and tube repair, brake pad replacement and/or brake adjustments or bleeds, battery and component repair and/or replacement and more!

Call or drop by our shop for an estimate! For winter hours we are open Tuesday to Friday 9:30 - 5pm and Saturdays 11- 2pm (note our service technician is not available on Saturdays). Please understand most service work will require the E-bike or Scooter to be left with us for repair, which typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the scope of work and if parts need to be ordered.

Our Shop Rate is $90 / hour.
